Our team at Pasion Foods is based in Prospect, South Australia. We work directly with Aussie chicken farmers to source the highest quality skin, then slow-bake every batch to that perfect shatter-crisp texture. No deep frying. No nasty fillers. Just real chicken, real flavour, real crunch.
