These terms govern your use of kracklingking.com.au and the purchase of any products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1.Who we are#
Krackling King is operated by Pasion Foods Pty Ltd, located at 3/291 Churchill Road, Prospect SA 5082, Australia.
2.Orders#
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, in which case any payment will be fully refunded.
3.Pricing & payment#
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
4.Shipping#
We ship within Australia only. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $50 AUD. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
5.Returns & refunds#
For change-of-mind, unopened bags can be returned within 14 days at your expense. Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced or fully refunded — contact us within 14 days at contact@kracklingking.com.au.
6.Allergens#
Our products contain gluten and wheat. They are produced in a facility that handles other allergens. Always check the label before consuming. We are not liable for adverse reactions where labelling has been ignored.
7.Intellectual property#
All branding, imagery, copy and the Krackling King mark are owned by Pasion Foods Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce them without written permission.
8.Liability#
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9.Governing law#
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
