Trading terms for approved Krackling King wholesale stockists. By placing a wholesale order you agree to these terms in addition to our standard Terms & Conditions.
1.Eligibility#
Wholesale pricing is available to approved Australian businesses with a valid ABN. Apply via our wholesale application. Approval is at our discretion and may be revoked at any time.
2.Pricing#
Wholesale prices are listed in your account portal once approved and are exclusive of GST. Prices are reviewed periodically and we'll give at least 30 days' notice of any increase to active stockists.
3.Minimum order quantities#
- Opening order: minimum $250 ex-GST.
- Reorder: minimum $150 ex-GST.
- Mixed cases across flavours and sizes are welcome.
4.Payment terms#
New accounts pay by card on order via Stripe. After three on-time orders, you may apply for 14-day invoice terms.
Overdue invoices accrue interest at 2% per month and may result in suspension of trading.
5.Freight & delivery#
- Flat-rate freight of $25 per order, or free freight on orders over $500 ex-GST.
- Dispatched within 2–3 business days from Adelaide.
- Risk passes to the buyer once goods leave our warehouse; please inspect on arrival.
6.Damaged stock & short-shipped orders#
Notify us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of damaged stock or shortages. We'll credit, replace or refund. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on wholesale orders.
7.Shelf life & rotation#
Product is shipped with a minimum of 6 months shelf life remaining. Stockists are responsible for stock rotation in store. We do not credit out-of-date stock.
8.Branding & resale#
Stockists may use Krackling King branding and approved imagery to promote the product in-store and online. Stock may not be repackaged or relabelled. RRP is recommended but not enforced.
9.Termination#
Either party may terminate the wholesale relationship with 30 days' written notice. Outstanding invoices remain due on their original terms.
10.General#
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and supplement (but do not replace) our standard Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns.
