Shipping & Returns

1.Where we ship#

Australia-wide delivery via Australia Post and trusted couriers. International shipping is not yet available — register your interest by emailing contact@kracklingking.com.au.

2.Shipping rates#

• Standard shipping: $9.95 flat rate, anywhere in Australia.
• Free shipping: automatically applied on orders over $50 AUD.
• Wholesale orders: see Wholesale Terms for freight arrangements.

3.Dispatch & delivery times#

• Orders dispatched within 1–2 business days from Adelaide, SA.
• Metro (ADL/MEL/SYD/BNE/PER): typically 2–5 business days.
• Regional / WA / NT / TAS: typically 5–7 business days.

Orders placed after 1pm ACST or on weekends/public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

4.Tracking#

You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email contact@kracklingking.com.au.

5.Lost or delayed parcels#

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us within 21 days of dispatch so we can lodge an enquiry with the carrier. Replacement or refund will be issued once the parcel is confirmed lost.

6.Damaged or incorrect items#

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@kracklingking.com.au with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice.

7.Change of mind returns#

Unopened bags can be returned within 14 days of delivery at your expense. Once we receive them in original, resaleable condition, we'll refund the product price (shipping is non-refundable for change-of-mind returns).

8.Your consumer rights#

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
